Masterplan design reflects the existing site's unique site geometry and utilizes a system of raised perimeter planters to provide visual privacy from neighboring properties. New exterior decks and an accessory structure at the site's rear provide a new outdoor dining area, a multi-use meditation room, and general storage areas.
