Formerly a Sears Roebuck & Company distribution warehouse, Crosstown Concourse transforms the previously abandoned building into a 1.3 million square foot "Vertical Urban Village" rooted in the arts, education, health care, and residential.  Seven new atria and their corresponding street-like corridors, infused with the spirit of the building's historic distribution system, transport natural light into the re-imagined public spaces.
