An extensive remodel of a historic residence located in Flagstaff's Coconino Estates neighborhood. Originally constructed in the late 1960s (and previously renovated in the 1980s), the reimagined layout modifies and integrates the home's first floor common areas. Interior daylight levels are increased throughout the ground floor interior via a series of new skylight lightwells, and the home's existing Kitchen, Dining, Living, and Outdoor Patio areas are re-oriented to create direct connection with a new exterior backyard patio.
